Case Converter の機能

WriteWithin Case Converter は input area に paste した text block の letter casing を reshape。uppercase、lowercase、title case、sentence case、toggle case — output live update。browser を離れない — server round trip、account 不要。WriteWithin privacy model、 sensitive list/draft は device 上。

case は unconscious でも meaning。prose ALL CAPS = shouting。Title Case slide/blog CMS heading。lowercase domain/path developer doc/DNS example。Sentence case newsletter/support body。

Case Converter の使い方

source input textarea paste。output pane live mirror。top mode button — upper/lower/title/sentence/toggle — active highlight。input keystroke ごと selected transformation full block re-run。

copy 前 output review。title/sentence English-oriented rule、full locale title dictionary ではない。「iPhone」lowercase、Chicago «and» lowercase unknown。mixed list chunk：name title case、product code upper/lower required。

各 mode を使うとき

UPPERCASE

messy source acronym expand、literal ALL CAPS form field、legacy mainframe code。both upper eye compare case-insensitive — dedupe Line Tools here ではない。

long human prose upper avoid。PDF shout-case heading → title/sentence gentler。

lowercase

email local part normalize、slug preview、hostname list sort、CSS class style guide。enum-like constant naming refactor pasted excerpt developer。

password/base64/mixed-case API key lower 不可 — tool secret vs label line 区別不可。

Title Case

word-boundary simple rule：all lower → boundary 後 upper。plain English name/heading speed over publishing nuance。

short preposition/article mid-title capitalize。McDonald WriteWithin internal cap flatten wrong — bulk 後 manual。

Sentence case

block lower → string 先頭と . ? ! ellipsis 後先頭 upper。body paragraph/release note/email intro natural。

abbreviation period extra «sentence」。URL/decimal unexpected — technical source proofread。

Publishing vs code：別 rule

publishing — blog/handout/slide title — title/sentence + manual proper noun usually enough。Line Counter word limit after casing；Character Cleaner Word smart quote survived。

code/data — identifier/base64/regex/URL mixed file bulk-convert 禁止（break intent 除く）。human label column/line only。JSON key/camelCase/hash string input から entirely out。

Unicode と special character（軽い caveat）

JS toUpperCase/toLowerCase Unicode many script；Turkish/German ß/Greek sigma linguistic correct casing substitute ではない。English title/sentence regex ASCII boundary。other script title-case native editor と異なる may。

combining character/emoji pass or odd case。flag emoji meaningful upper variant なし；toggle letter 以外 symbol alone。multilingual copy first pass、native/locale editor review。

Common mistake

SKU/password title case。SKU digit+case by design。lowercase password change。Dictionary title expect。「The Lord of the Rings»→「The Lord Of The Rings» algorithm OK not every style guide。

Code in place convert。camelCase/PascalCase every mode wrong except toggle mess。editor refactor source；this tool plain pasted label。

Locale ignore。Turkish I issue basic converter。Turkish public locale word processor verify after。
