Expressive writing helps individuals discover their inner writer and unleash creative ways to organize and make meaning of their life-story.
Write Within was a wonderful experience. I have learned new and creative ways of writing that help me to relax and manage my stress. It was also an amazing way for me to connect and bond with others. I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. - Erica, Durham, New Hampshire
About Write Within
Write Within believes that expressive writing is a transformative tool individuals can use to gain insight and clarity of their own life story and maintain overall health and wellness. Our workshops provide a safe and affirming environment for all individuals to turn into storytellers and healers of their own story and to examine two of the most fundamental questions we face as human beings—who am I and what do I want to achieve in this life?
Workshops are offered in New Hampshire, Southern Maine and Massachusetts (north shore).
